It is a great place to see and hear about what other people are doing, however I feel that this place has become less about community and more about promotion of people's products. I get sold enough via email and phone. It is not that I want to bury my head about new products (I actively seek them out) there is just a time, place and way to present your product after establishing yourself with the community.

Hey Will... as a heads up, in this world of Web 2.0, instead of leaving just blanket messages to promote your website, get to know they people you're talking to. This space is about conversation... not just blasting your message out. Your comments could be viewed as comment spam. FYI.
